Based on our experience, standard internet provider equipment is not optimal for in-depth configuration and does not support all functionalities such as remote management of a smart home system from the network level.

Artisan install our own commercial grade hardware and set up a separate secure network for your smart home. This allows us to provide quality aftercare service by monitoring all Control4 and smart home devices on the network.

We also ensure optimal Wi-Fi coverage across the premises including outside in the garden by using tools and software to determine optimal access point placement.

A Tidy Control Room To Support Network Infrastructure

For future maintenance of your smart home it’s crucial to have a well organised control room housing your audio and visual matrixes, receivers and amplifiers along with network equipment and Control4 hardware all organised neatly with labels and cable management.

The same principle applies to the centralized lighting panels that all lighting circuits in the house run back to.
